All RoughBurn firewood is guaranteed bone-dry, properly seasoned and ready to burn.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, replace the affected firewood or arrange a refund.

Because firewood is a natural product and cannot be resold once delivered or used, we cannot accept returns for firewood that has been burned, partially used, or stored incorrectly after delivery.

If there's any problem with your order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
